First Wealth is a B Corp certified financial planning and wealth management company. Each year, since becoming a B Corp UK, they have carried out a scope 1 and 2 carbon footprint report on their company and employee’s usage.
They support a charity in Nicaragua called CommuniTree, which is a reforestation programme. As well as carrying out our annual offsetting exercise, they also welcome all new clients to First Wealth by planting 30 trees in their name.
They estimate that they have planted over 3,500 trees as part of this initiative and are committed to becoming net zero by 2030.
Better-IT is a supplier of IT services and IT Support for businesses, that has been working with Charity Link for a while now. For every review written by a customer, Better-IT works with Charity Link to donate an item to someone in need.
After a client leaves a review of Better-IT, the team reaches out to them to discuss what item they'd like to be donated on their behalf. It could be a bed for someone who's been sleeping on the floor or a cooker for a family who's been struggling to make ends meet.
Good-Loop converts the $600bn ad industry into funding for good causes by distributing ads on premium publisher sites and social platforms. When people engage with an advert, they unlock a free donation and can pick a charity to support.
They always donate 50% of the ad revenue to the charity. They have worked with charities like WWF and the Trussell Trust, as well as businesses like Coca-Cola and Levi’s, to help give back to as many charities as possible.
