You’ve heard of Christmas Lights being put up to raise money for charity but have you heard of the fundraising tradition during Halloween?

Well this year, Claire Cox, a resident of Kingshill Road in Swindon, has transformed her home with an impressive display of halloween decorations, featuring a towering 12-foot grim reaper and a 7-foot illuminated pumpkin.

This annual tradition serves a dual purpose: to entertain the community and to raise funds for the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity (SANDS), a cause close to Ms. Cox's heart following the loss of her niece.

In an interview with the BBC, Ms. Cox says:  "I've been collecting decorations for many years, with friends and family often gifting them for Christmas and birthdays,"

Setting up her front garden, which borders the road, took an impressive eight hours to complete, and the community's response has been overwhelmingly positive, as she aims to raise £1,000 for SANDS this year.
