Argubably the UK’s biggest sporting event, The London Marathon has been and gone. But luckily the good vibes are still taking over our timelines.
The Smiley News team headed down to the race to add to the abundant rays of good vibes on display last Sunday. This year also saw a record-breaking turnout with 59,000 runners and a new world record set with a sub-two hour finish time at 01:59:30.
An estimated amount just shy of £100 million was raised for loved charities such as Sands, a national baby loss charity, which on Facebook said: “A huge thank you to our volunteers for cheering on the Sands runners too!”
