Lush fights to end conversion therapy

Words by Abi Scaife

Lush has launched an initiative with the LGBTQIA+ charity Galop.

Tell me more.

From the 10th February 2023, Lush stores across the UK have been featuring windows bringing attention to the urgent need ban conversion therapy.

The ‘Have a Heart’ campaign allows customers to scan a QR code and send a Valentine’s E-card to their MP, encouraging them to have a heart and ban conversion therapy.

Amazing!

And that’s not all - there is a giant Valentine’s card in stores that customers can sign, as a sort of petition to end conversion therapy.

These giant cards will be sent to MPs after the campaign is over, to demonstrate how many people feel passionate about this issue.

If you feel passionate about this issue and want to give back, you can participate in this campaign in your local Lush store, or donate directly to Galop.
