Ahead of the opening night for the UK tour of MAFS star Lucinda Light, she did more than just live shows!
While she stopped to give her high demand live show in Birmingham, Lucinda visited The Healing Horse Sanctuary with Smiley News to learn more about the equine charity.
Meeting with various volunteers and taking a deep dive into the steed haven, a self-funded charity that rescues horses and ponies from the UK and France creating a safe space for them to heal.
Meeting with volunteer Rianne and Founder & CEO Susie Gessey, Lucinda learnt about the healing powers horses and ponies have, as they provide Equine Therapy sessions to many people of all ages from various walks of life!
The Sanctuary is a self-funded charity run with volunteers who love and adore the animals in their care. The Healing Horse Sanctuary rescues horses and ponies from the UK and France creating a safe space for them to heal, encouraging them to live as naturally as possible in family groups and have love, kindness and natural health methods as their main focus to help these beautiful creatures to heal.
