We are now entering the last quarter of the year, but it is still not too late to do an act of kindness or connect with others in a meaningful way.
Here are a few volunteering opportunities that you can get involved in.
Coeliac UK is a leading charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by coeliac disease, a serious autoimmune condition triggered by the ingestion of gluten. They have numerous opportunities to assist children and young people in starting their volunteering journeys such as joining the Young Champions or Gluten Free Under Thirties (GUTs), both of which do an excellent job of raising awareness in schools, further education, and the workplace, while also providing support to young people to ensure they do not feel alone and isolated.

Known all over London for the commitment to tackling food waste and food insecurity. The Felix Project has a wide range of volunteering roles up for grabs on their website. You can use your time by getting involved at one of their kitchens, lending a hand at one of their multibanks for nonfood items or delivering goods across London.
