For International Day of Peace, we headed to the National Army Museum in Chelsea, London for a guided tour and a chat with Assistant Director Dr. Glyn Prysor. The museum, known for telling the stories of soldiers and conflict, offered the perfect backdrop to explore how history can help us understand and value peace today.
We also spoke with staff and visitors about what peace means to them and how we can maintain it in our daily lives. From reflections on personal calm to the importance of empathy and community, the conversations highlighted that peace is both a collective effort and an individual practice - something we can all contribute to every day.
