5 excellent charities supporting young people in 2022

The last two years have been rocky for many people’s health - both physical and mental. Young people suffered in particular with 80% saying their mental health was affected by Covid in a survey from the charity, Young Minds.

This year, let’s turn that around. Reaching out to organisations like Young Minds as well as others can help support young people to build successful careers and enjoy life fully.

Here are some suggestions for charities that specialise in supporting young people in this way.

Association for Young People’s Health

As a voice for young people’s health in the UK, the Association for Young People’s Health supports the health and wellbeing of 10 to 24-year-olds. Their work involves collaborating with young people and health providers to improve services and offer advice. Find out more, volunteer or donate.
