This September Prince Harry has been frequently popping up on our timeline with his charitable acts. Let’s give you an overview of what he has been up to in the last month that has really warmed our third sector heart.

Join an AIDS Campaign

First off and most recently, Prince Harry has reignited his late mother Diana’s legacy by backing a new UNAIDS campaign, warning of dangerous funding cuts in the fight against HIV. 

Joined by many global stars, such as Charlize Theron and Thuso Mbedu, he calls for renewed commitment to ending AIDS by 2030. The campaign echoes his long-time work with the charity Sentebale.

Returns to the UK to Host the WellChild Awards

Over the last years, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have lived permanently in the US. While both are excused from royal duties, Prince Harry still continues his charitable visits, and this year, he has returned to the UK to host the WellChild Awards

As a patron of the charity for over 15 years, he is a big supporter of their mission to improve the lives of seriously ill children and their families.
