Prince William Serves Christmas Dinner at Shelter He Visited With Princess Diana

Prince William has returned to a homeless shelter he first visited with his late mother Princess Diana, this time to serve Christmas lunch.

The Prince has spoken repeatedly about how his childhood visits to the Passage have had a profound impact on his life. The charity provides assistance and friendship to those in London experiencing homelessness and helps them secure accommodation.

The Prince of Wales’ first visit to the Passage was more than 30 years ago, and this time, on his return, he stood on the serving line doling out Christmas Dinner, chatting with both the staff and visitors.

Prince William has visited the charity several times throughout his life, and in 2019 became an official patron of The Passage.
