Ethisphere, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices, has announced the 136 companies that have earned the title of World’s Most Ethical Companies® in 2022. These companies represent 22 countries and 45 industries.
It's the 16th annual awards that aim to recognise those businesses who are committed to ethical business practices through programes that positively impact employees, communities, and contribute to sustainable performance.
This year, 14 companies are recognised for the first-time, while six have been recognised 16 times. Notable companies include Starbucks, Accenture, Canon, Ecolab, HP Inc, IBM, Kellogg's, Mastercard, and Workday. View the full list here.

Ethisphere hosted a virtual gala on April 12, 2022 featuring keynote addresses by Matthew McConaughey, Academy Award®–winning actor, New York Times bestselling author, and founder of the just keep livin Foundation; and Ernie Johnson, six-time Sports Emmy Award winner, New York Times bestselling author of Unscripted: The Unpredictable Moments that Make Life Extraordinary, and founder, with his wife Cheryl DeLuca-Johnson, of the Love You Too Foundation.
